London, UK – June 22nd, 2026 — Green Project Technologies, an ACT Group company and global supply chain decarbonization platform, has signed an agreement to acquire Zeroute's software solution, adding world-leading decarbonization planning and AI-powered tier-n supply chain modeling to its existing arsenal of sustainability offerings. Zeroute’s expert combination of mathematical optimization, materials science and climate mitigation tactics empowers enterprises to find the lowest-cost, scientifically validated path to Net Zero across their full operations and supply chain, a business need made even more critical considering the SBTi Version 2.0 Standard release. Paired with Green Project’s carbon accounting, supply chain engagement, and EAC procurement platform, as well as ACT’s unprecedented global reach and local expertise in environmental markets, this acquisition will help deliver the world’s first truly scalable, comprehensive platform for climate management and mitigation.

Key Zeroute joiners to the Green Project team include Steve Freeman, CEO and Founder, to drive commercial adoption and strategic planning, and Gelmis Radeckis, Co-Founder and Head of Implementation, to steer the product’s integration and engineering.

Founded in Cambridge, United Kingdom, Zeroute's optimization engine uses advanced mathematical optimization and AI-assisted analysis to rank and recommend emissions reduction levers by impact, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness across an enterprise's full footprint. This optimization stems from Zeroute’s “tier-n” understanding of supply chains, deconstructing product lifecycles back to raw materials by modeling how power, heat, and feedstocks flow through enterprise value chains. This result moves enterprises from "we have a number" to "we know where to act, what it will cost, and what to procure to close the gap."

Chris Low, Head of Procurement Sustainability at Haleon notes "Working with Zeroute has really helped us optimize our decarbonization pathway. Their platform showed us how the emissions embedded in our global supply chain can best be quantified, and real solutions implemented, quickly, to be able to drive real change and ensure the business can drive down emissions in the most cost-effective manner. An effective transition that combines targeted supplier engagement, physical solutions and market-based instruments, all utilized in the right geographies at the right price."

CEO and Founder of Green Project Sam Stark adds, "Zeroute's planning intelligence is exactly the missing layer the market has been waiting for. Enterprises have been told to engage thousands of suppliers and hit aggressive 2030 targets, but no platform has told them precisely where to focus, what to do first, and what each lever will cost. Steve's team built just that."

"Joining Green Project and ACT Group is the right next step for our mission," said Steve Freeman, CEO and Founder of Zeroute. "We built our engine to give enterprises credible, quantifiable paths to Net Zero, and doing so at scale requires the global reach, audit-grade accounting, supplier networks and direct market access core to Green Project and ACT."

The acquisition extends Green Project's ambition to deliver the global AI-powered sustainability management platform enterprises need to move from measurement to executable decarbonization at scale. It follows Green Project's joining of ACT Group in 2023 and acquisition of Emitwise in 2025, marking a pivotal next step in ACT's mission to be the end-to-end climate partner for corporates at any level of aspiration or maturity.
